Hobby Boss 80138 German Pz.Kpfw. / Pz.BfWg 38(t) Ausf. The Pz.Kpfw. 38(t) was designed by the Czech company CKD (Praga) in 1938 and was produced from May to November 1939, initially as Ausf. A and later in improved Ausf. These tanks became famous during the French campaign in 1940, where they were used by the 7th and 8th Panzer Divisions of the Wehrmacht. Thanks to their excellent reliability, speed, and solid armor, the Pz.Kpfw. 38(t) was one of the best light tanks of the early World War II period.

The command version, Pz.BfWg 38(t), instead of the hull machine gun, was equipped with a Fu 8 radio station and a distinctive frame antenna. These models were supplied to the command units of each German panzer division in quantities of 7-10 units, with about 300 vehicles of this version produced in total.
